The iSense scanner [[Media:http://www.3dsystems.com/shop/isense]]  is available to create .obj files from sequential photos taken with an iPad camera.  It doesn't have engineering-quality resolution, but it's OK for generating a 3-d file of a head or medium-sized object.  Scanning takes 3-4 minutes.  Meshmixer can be used to edit the .obj file generated by the iSense software, and Cura can read the file directly for printing.
